Login & Wallet Connect

Logged out and connected again - but wallet address is not the same.

- Use the same Solana wallet you connected to your Autosnipe wallet. - Your connected Solana wallet & Autosnipe wallet are linked and cannot be changed or edited. - Connected wallets are signed by the user when logging in the first time and cannot be changed.

Deposit

Sent the funds but cannot see it on my Autosnipe wallet.

- Refresh your wallet holdings. - Check the transfer and transaction hash on Solscan.io - enter your wallet address to confirm the transaction went through. - Check if the addresses match the wallet you sent it to.

What type of funds can I deposit in my Autosnipe wallet?

- Only Solana can be sent to your Autosnipe address. - Avoid sending other types of funds like cryptocurrencies, wrapped tokens and memecoins as we would not be able to recover those if sent. - Tokens that will not reflect in your wallet if sent: other cryptocurrencies, wrapped tokens and memecoins.

Withdrawal

Funds are yet not credited to Solana Wallet.

- Refresh your wallet holdings. - Check the transfer and transaction hash on Solscan.io - enter your wallet address to confirm the transaction went through. - Wait for a minute & refresh - due to Solana network congestion, you may see delayed response.

Can I change or edit the withdrawal address?

No- for safety reasons, your funds are sent back to the Solana wallet you used to connect Autosnipe with.

Where are withdrawal funds sent back to?

Your withdrawal funds are sent back to the wallet you have connected and linked to Autosnipe when signing-in the platform. The safety of the user's personal wallet belongs to the user and Autosnipe does not take responsibility for the funds outside the platform or the user's personal wallet as agreed by the user under the Terms of Service.

Private Key Export

Can I export my Autosnipe wallet via private keys?

The feature of exporting private keys of your Autosnipe is currently under testing and will be available to users soon to allow them to export their wallets.
